We achieved a Gold Citation for Restaurant of the Year 2016 and Dean Carroll, our Head Chef, was a finalist in the Chef of the Year 2016 category.  As we did really well last year (and a huge thank you to everyone who voted for us) it would be great if we could go all the way this year!

Meet Adam Childs, part of our cheffing team here at the Eden.

Adam entered the Young Master Chef of the Year competition last November, a competition for young chefs aged 23 years and under.

The competition is designed to allow young chefs to produce a three-course meal using a number of set ingredients to produce classic dishes whilst testing their skills and giving them the opportunity to put their own flair and imagination into the dishes.

We are proud to have Adam as part of our team.  We wish him the best of luck as he will be entering the competition again in May this year.
